We teach both the Yang Style and Chen Style form of Taiji.
In the West the slow meditative forms in the Yang Style are more popularized for the intrinsic health benefits more so than the Martial Art content that is so much more emphasized in the Chen Taiji.
Pushing hands & Chin-na ( seize & control ) are an important part of learning Taiji, that we provide in our lessons.
We offer Taiji for it's holistic benefits including relaxation and exercise, as well as an ultimate practice of Self Defense.
Lessons are conducted in small groups / or individually specific to your needs.
